reconfiguring my blog favs...

Every Wednesday I try very hard to link up with thepleatedpoppy.com as do about 320 other bloggers.... But this is such a good thing because I can go through the ones that interest me and add them to my favs list... I've gotten like almost all of my favs from the pleated poppy.... today I went on and found some really cute ones..
1. tuckerup.blogspot.com  Great OOTD's, plus her house is adorbs...added bonus? She is having a linkup...

2. alittlebitoflacquer.blogspot.com This gal has to be one of the cutest little pregnant women around... from behind you'd never even know she was pregnant (jealous!! I look pregnant both from the front and back and haven't been pregnant in 16 years..)

3. thirtiestwocents.blogspot.comThis gal has got OOTD nailed down!! She has a nice selection of outfits and a lot of posts... I like that...

The whole reason I blog is because I love bloggers.. I don't think I necessarily have anything really witty or enlightening.. I just love looking at people's outfits... but these bloggers are doing it right.. so I'm glad I found them!!

A... wait for it.... volunteer guest blogger!!

Hey y'all... the reason for the title is because I usually have to drag these guest bloggers kicking and screaming onto this blog... every time I ask someone to have their picture taken for this tiny blog they act like I'm asking for their bank information and social security number!!! People automatically pretend they're in the witness protection program and cannot be photographed for fear of kidnapping.... well... today is different....Casey has volunteered to be on the blog... which is fine for me cuz she looks better than me anyways.... so show some love to... Casey....

A Target Victory...

Hey y'all.. I know "Look What I Got" isn't until Friday.. but I wasn't even looking for a Look What I Got and found this deal... this top... 3.99... this top has been like taunting me for about a  month now.. I like the peplum, but I was afraid it would be short on my and not hit where I wanted.. I was kinda right.. but with a tank top it is cute.... and 3.99??? That can NOT be beat!!!

Hey y'all.. its Monday.. yuck right? But I am hella happy I don't have school today!!! However... I am getting a little psyched about school...(key word: little) I have a new schedule this year with my special being smack in the middle of the day.. I am soooooo happy about this... My girl across the hall has her special at the end of the day and loves it because shes done a half hour before school ends.. me? I gotta go to the bathroom and get some stuff done... My new special time will be 1:00... my lunch is at 11:15 so my afternoons will totally fly by...

I also took an online class to try to get to M+30.. for all my teacher friends out there who need classes either for recertificaiton or to advance on the salary scale.. a great resource is www.pdcourses.net it is with University of LaVerne.. a university out of California all accredited...and all online.. you can take one class at a time and each 3 credit course is 315.00... so if you have a tuition reimbursement.. this is a great option... I figure I'm not doing anything right now so I may as well try to get paid...

Casey turned my Happy Birthday sign into a welcome sign for the living room... so because I don't like posts w/o pics.. heres my pic for the day..

The disorders of a dog and its owner..

This is Cooper.. he is sleeping in this pic but it is only after barking at our neighbors dog for what had to be 1/2 an hour straight.... he was out there like Pauly D struttin his stuff for her to  notice... and in the meantime she is seriously looking at him like, " you're an idiot"... I seriously am starting to think he may have some kind of hyperactivity disorder.... he goes outside in the yard and barks at nothing and then he thinks he hears something and it really upsets him.... but I love him!!!

Now..onto my disorders.. I don't know how many of you have or have heard of "restless leg syndrome"... I know it sounds made up.. but I swear it is real and I HAVE IT!!!  its where you can't stop moving your legs at night... like when you're hot and you push the covers off with your feet... I can't stop doing that and it prevents me from falling asleep... so I told my dr. and she gave me this drug requip.. well it worked on my legs.. they kind of felt weighted down... but it made me soooooo nauseous!!! So my dr. said women get this from not being able to store iron in their system... so she told me to get slow fe and only take it with Vitamin C (so  I take it with vitamin water) now.. I think this is working because last night I slept ok... I take so many vitamins but I don't think I am storing the iron but with the vitamin C and the slow release iron... I am optimistic....theres my medical prognosis for the month....

Hey y'all its Friday... and July 4th is over.. as I have told you.. July 4th is NOT my favorite holiday... but... I did have a very nice little 4th of July.... I went out to breakfast with my dad, came home and watched one of the shows I told you about "Ray Donovan" with Liev Shreiber... pretty good... I'm in... then we took a nap which I slept pretty much like an infant.... sometimes you take a nap and all is right with the world!!!!

then hubsband and I went to fireworks... I was prepared to pretty much just reject the 4th all together and grouch but I'm glad I got out...

A Decor Steals Success Story....

A while back she posted this pic..that she got from Decor Steals... I IMMEDIATELY signed up (Thank you Danavee!!!) These particular wings came and went.. you gotta get up earrrrrrly to get those decor steals!!! So today... these wings came up...
Not exactly the same.. but close enough... so I snapped 'em up!!! got em for 25.00!!! these wings will go over my bed which currently looks like this..
