1 stick butter (softened)                    1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar                                            1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs                                                2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla                                        1 heaping c. sour cream

1 stick butter (softened)                    ½ c. sugar
1 c. flour                                             ¾ tsp. cinnamon

1 stick butter                                    2 tsp. vanilla
3 ½ c. powdered sugar                         milk

Cake:  Cream butter.  Cream together butter and sugar.  Blend in eggs and vanilla.  Blend in baking soda and baking powder.  Blend in flour.  Add sour cream and blend together.  Spread in greased and floured cookie sheet (11 x 17) with sides.

Topping:  Mix together flour, sugar, and cinnamon.  Add softened butter and mix with hands until crumbly.  Sprinkle on top of batter.  Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until top is a light golden brown.

Frosting:  Melt butter and stir together with powdered sugar until crumbly, then add enough milk and 2 teaspoons vanilla to make a thin spreading consistency.  (Frost 10 to 15 minutes after cake is out of oven.)
